The VineFile CRM — client records, documents, pipeline, alerts, book valuation, AI assistance — is open to every business category we support. Two features are not: the Lead Exchange, where members buy and sell consumer leads for credits, and the Book Marketplace, where members transfer a book of business. Both are limited to categories cleared for them.
This page is the controlling list. It reads live from the same table the product enforces against, so what you see here is exactly what the system allows. Eligibility is reviewed with counsel and can change.
Why some categories are excluded
Paying for a referral is regulated differently depending on what is being referred. In some categories a per-lead payment would be a prohibited kickback, in others it requires a licence or registration that VineFile does not hold, and in others the data involved is subject to rules we are not set up to meet. We would rather turn a feature off for a category than run it and hope.
Being excluded from the Lead Exchange or the Marketplace does not limit your CRM in any way, and it is not a judgement about your business.

Credit-report data
Credit-report data stays in your workspace. It is never included in a Lead Exchange listing, in the file a buyer receives, in lead scoring shown to buyers, or in any aggregated or benchmarking export — in any business category.
Changes
When a category is added or removed, the change takes effect here and in the product at the same time. If removal affects a feature you were using, we will tell you before it takes effect and will not keep charging you for something you can no longer use. Questions: support@vinefile.com.
